Higher levels of B vitamins, lecithin and choline were used to improve liver metabolism. Dried beet pulp is a high-quality source of moderately fermentable fiber, providing an optimal amount of short-chain fatty acids - essential energy material for intestinal epithelial cells. This ensures proper intestinal function and maintains the tightness of the intestinal barrier.
